Custom Logo Creation

• Select your product, upload your logo or design, and submit your order. Our team will send a digital proof within 1-2 business days.
We must have approval to create your mould.
• Your approved logo or design will be turned into a polycarbonate mould that will transform our chocolate into a branded work of art.

One-Time Set-Up Fee

• All new custom logos have a one-time set-up fee of $295.
• We keep your logo and mould on file so you can reorder at any time.

Turnaround Time

• All new custom logo moulds require three weeks lead time for processing and production.
• If you need your gifts faster, you can add your logo to a custom label or chocolate bar wrapper instead!

No Minimums

• Once your custom mould has been created, you can order as few or as many chocolate logos as you need with no minimums required.

Logo Artwork Tips

• Vector files preferred (PDF, EPS, or TIF). High resolution, dark colored raster files accepted (JPG, BMP, PNG, PSD).
• For best results use a sans serif font that is at least 10pts (1/16”).
• Fine detail, small text, and decorative fonts may not translate well into chocolate.

Custom Labels

We can personalize most of our gifts with a custom label that includes your greeting and/or logo.

Create Your Custom Label

• Choose your design from one of our pre-made templates.
• Customize your greeting, add your logo (optional), and submit your order. Our team will send a digital proof within 1-2 business days.
We must have approval to print your labels.

No Set-Up Fee

• Our custom labels are a great, budget-friendly way to add a personal touch to your gifts! There are no set-up fees and labels cost only 50¢ per item.

Quick Turnaround Time

• If you’re on a tight deadline, custom labels are the quickest way to personalize your gifts. Add them to one of our standard, non-custom items and your order can be ready for shipping or pickup in as little as 3 business days.

Order Minimums

• We require an order minimum of 25 units of the same item to add custom labels to your gifts.
• If you don’t meet the order minimum, don’t worry! All our items include a complimentary gift message that can be added at checkout.
